Working in the Recruitment space for a period exposed my team and I to an industry full of opportunity to help existing agencies scale and seperate themselves from the bulk medicority that exists in the space.
With a team made up of two brand/print specialists and two web and broader digital specialists we set about workshopping the agency from the ground up. Workshopping names, developing a brand, a tone and a positioning built from our strong position of industry knowledge and proximity.
With a foundation of data, and the knowledge of how to open up a common industry blocker we set our skillets to target this space.
